1-If the order is not on the production line, all amounts will be refunded to the customer within 3 to 7 days.

2-If the customer’s order has gone on the production line and part of the ordered product has been produced, then the produced product will be sold to another person and the customer’s entire amount will be refunded within 20 to 40 days. No amounts will be deducted for this.
